Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID via SMS/Email. You can use that ID on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel in real-time.

We offer delivery across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the tags are intact and the product is unused.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan, as well as Online Payments via Credit/Debit Cards and EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
